What’s in the set?

Which woods are used?

The cup body is made from jujube wood and the Aroma Keys from oak. Jujube gives the cup its body; oak forms the aromatic side of the ritual.
Is it safe to drink from?

The BARAVEL cup is made for serving drinks. Follow the first-use and care steps, and if you notice a crack, residue or an unusual smell, stop using it and contact Support.
How do I clean and care for it?

Clean gently with warm water and a soft cloth, rinse well, dry it and let it air-dry. Never use a dishwasher, microwave or oven.
How does the warranty work?

Every set carries a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Tell us about the issue with your order details and photos if needed; we review it and arrange a solution.
